Michele sent me a quote in email this morning that I want to post here so I can re-read it later when I start getting stressed out by life:
It takes work, every day, to remain positive and focus on feeling the good
things when stress is nipping at our heels. Refuse to be closed off by worry,
fear, and stress. Instead, stop, breathe, believe, and be open to receive.
