Let it snow!

We woke up this morning with about 4 or 5 inches of snow on the ground and more coming down. I love snow, so I ran outside and got a few pictures of what the neighborhood looks like covered in the white stuff:






Both of these pictures are looking out from the garage. I didn't go take a picture looking towards the house because I didn't have shoes and socks on at the time, plus I didn't want to get footprints in the pristine snow on the driveway (yes, I'm a snow dork!)

Kim's mom has accused me of praying to the snow gods too often this winter. We haven't gotten too much snow at our house, but Kim's parents have gotten snowed in for a week at a time twice so far this year, and have gotten over a foot of snow each of those times. I guess I wasn't being specific enough about where the snow would go when I was hoping for it, but it looks like it finally worked! :-)

I'd say there was a pretty much equal amount of snow each time. Then again, the weather reports are predicting a bunch more snow overnight tonight, so we'll see how it goes....
